SJ-Recon is responsible for fully reconditioning both Skyjack brand Rough Terrain and Electric Scissors as well as many different boom lift models from a variety of OEMs Skyjack Corporation.
Reconditioning Process
Each Skyjack machinery before disassembly would be carefully checked with all safety bulletins and outstanding updates. before being carefully prepped for painting, all weldments are closely inspected for any defects.
The Recon Division at Skyjack has all the required tools to do a high quality, professional paint job. They offer a state of the art blasting booth as well as a complete paint line and oven.
Every Skyjack machinery is meticulously reassembled in order to meet original OEM standards. The following components are replaced with brand new components: hoses and filters, the hydraulic fluids, 110V outlet, joystick controllers and the main control and main electrical cables. Additionally, every unit receives new batteries, tires and battery cables and worn pins and bushings are replaced.
The 2nd and 1st tiers have a load capacity of ninety thousand pounds, the TXLC-974 in the 4th and 3rd tiers provides an 85,000 lbs load capacity. These units offer a 97 inch center of load. When at one hundred six inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is 82,000 pounds in the 1st and 2nd tiers and in the 3rd and 4th tiers it is still rated at eighty thousand pounds.
